New-to-me Big Bore 904 (issues?)

I just picked up a sweet 09 T100 with a big bore kit, d&d pipes, and more. I got it used from the local BMW store.
But: The local triumph store (now closed) did the engine work. It had a Power Commander on it, and idled like crap. But, of course it did, it’s a 904 with a race cam. But, BMW took off the power commander and now it runs super lean. Apparently. Any thoughts on how to fix that without the power commander and map?
Or .... where I can find a PC map for a bike like this?

Danther... thanks for your post. I don't have any direct experience with this kit and your question. However, I do have experience in converting my 2008 Bonneville 865 to an 1100cc engine using Bonneville Performance. Bill Gately is an expert on these issues and worked with Wiseco in developing their big bore kits.
