High Speed Jet Clogged on one carb or both?

So I put the cleaned roll-over valve back in place and checked the carb vent hose to make sure it was routed correctly. Sucked on the gas cap to see if it had pass-through which it did but I had a brand new sealed locking cap which seemed to provide more air so I put that on. The gas cap...

Wife had me splitting and stacking wood today so i have exhausted all my energy for today. I plan on getting to this tomorrow. BTW - soaked the Roll Over valve in gas and it loosened up to where I can here the ball roll around and can blow through it. I will reattach tomorrow and check gas cap vent
