I think the work so far looks great - you have to put it all together and make it work - the pretty stuff comes later:D

That will be a cool project!
Right now we are swamp with the Flats bikes, any new project will have to wait until September.
Did you remember the Druids Commando's?

Just saw one on ebay with fuel injection - said it made 100 hp - that would be very cool on a bonnie.

Hi Carlos,

Is there maybe some film (or pictures?) made of this event during the speedweek? I looked on YouTube but there was nothing to find about the Turbo Bonnie. Do you know if there's something (coming up...?)

Hello Wim;
Since I wasn't there , I have not any video of the run.
I will do some video in November @ El Mirage.
Your bike looks fabulous in that picture.
So.. it will make you famous when the editorial hit the streets.
Good Job!

Be 100% sure that I send you a copy of the magazine when its there, that will be in december or januari... So you can practice to speak Dutch!

ive been thinking about a turbo motor, what cams are you using? how is the crank holding out and is it a megasquirt set up????
if our house ever sells in the uk i thought i might build a triumph for a bit of 1/4 mile fun.no serious salt lake action but enough hp to shock a few people on the day without trailer full of replacement cranks.i would love to know what components you are using.

congratulations, Al.(nickletooth)

Hello Sir;
The Turbo bike is an ongoing project, nothing is definitive there as far as cams, crankshaft,etc,etc. For FI Management we use a Haltech unit.
So far the crank ( heavily modified) is holding together well, but as we are going to increase the boost, we are working on a billet crank unit.
For your application if 1/4 mile is your choice, you better check with the "Flying Swede" Jorgen Lindskog.
He is running Turbo Bonnies in the 1/4 mile for years, he can help you out, and he a is also in Sweden like you are.
